Who We Are
Pneumos: “the benefit to be gained from a new experience while giving due consideration to those affected by the change.”
That’s a mouthful but it’s true: as our name suggests, we know how to support culture change with a creative and people-centered approach. We have 20 years of experience in global diversity, leadership, conflict resolution, organizational development and strategic storytelling. We have partnered with Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, NGOs, government agencies, and political action committees across the globe to help build sustainable, inclusive, and adaptive cultures that support equity, growth, and human innovation.
Most importantly, we are agile and relational people who know how to get the job done. Founded in 2005, we are a boutique firm of consultants, trainers, facilitators, coaches, and other intellectual stalwarts who understand the strategic needs of your organization.
We are here to appeal to the brightest minds in the business and social landscape who want to spark smart and equitable change. But enough about us. We want to talk about YOU. Feel free to read further about our people and our services.
And then…let’s get to work…
We partner with our clients in one of five principal ways:
We serve as thinking partners to help our clients strategize about culture change and change management.
We offer learning modules that help today’s leader harness the skills needed to succeed in the 21st century.
Training & Adult Education
Adults learn in three environments: at home, in school, and in the workplace.
No culture change efforts can be successful without sustained investment in the personal growth and development of your emerging and dedicated leaders.
As a certified coaching and mediation outfit, we are certified to provide coaching and mediation services between different stakeholder groups within any organization.
We have worked with organizations on 6 continents

From an individual perspective, the lack of belonging in the workplace is demoralizing. From a collective standpoint, it is debilitating. Our world is facing immense challenges.
