That’s a mouthful but it’s true: as our name suggests, we know how to support culture change with a creative and people-centered approach. We have 20 years of experience in global diversity, leadership, conflict resolution, organizational development and strategic storytelling. We have partnered with Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, NGOs, government agencies, and political action committees across the globe to help build sustainable, inclusive, and adaptive cultures that support equity, growth, and human innovation.

Most importantly, we are agile and relational people who know how to get the job done. Founded in 2005, we are a boutique firm of consultants, trainers, facilitators, coaches, and other intellectual stalwarts who understand the strategic needs of your organization.
